We customize each pot to the customer's specifications. Different sizes, shapes and finishes can be used to make them unique to each client. A fibre-reinforced plastic is a composite material made of a polymer matrix reinforced with fibres. The fibres are normally glass, carbon or basalt, which each bring in their own characteristics based on the intended use of the final FRP plans. It's common for them to be used in places like the automotive, construction and aerospace industries. You might find that they're used for ballistic armor as well.

The Process Of Making FRP Planters:

The first step is creating a wooden mould in the form of desired shape which can handmade using FRP itself.
These moulds can be used for 30-40 times only to ensure the excellent quality of FRP Planters. We don’t use these moulds beyond that.
Highly experienced and skilled workers accompanied with right technique and tools are our USP which makes our FRP Planters superior from others.
Then we create a composite plastic to increase the strength and flexibility of polymers. This process is called Polymerization on FRP Planter’s Mould.
The two most crucial ingredients in making FRP Planters are fibers and the matrix
The fibre enhances the strength of plastic, while, the matrix is the original packaging material which gives planters flexibility.
With the right combination of fibre and matrix, right orientation and appropriate quality of the raw materials, desired combination is applied over the frp planter’s moulds.
After this step we left it to cool off and harden. Heat released during the cooling off process can weaken the strength of the FRP pot if not done correctly. During this process the de-moulding has to be done with the right technique ensuring the FRP planter does not – budge, deform or crack.
Then the final step is to paint and polish these de-moulded FRP Planters to give them desired finished look. It has been done by highly skilled professionals along with the right tools, varnishes, paints and polishing – and then finally the impeccable hand-crafted FRP pot is made ready for you.
